This seasonal blend is informed by the classic Mocha-Java of potent Red Sea and Indonesian coffees sometimes added to a sweet full bodied South American base. Like its mountainous namesake, there are berry and floral notes, deep earthy and herbal flavors and vivid aromatics in a voluminous body.

Black Balsam features a mulled wine fragrance, pungent plumy sweetness, licorice and fleeting herbal high notes. The cup is sweet with berries, melon, and spice churning in a viscous body with a lasting finish.
